All orders are handcrafted and dispatched within 2-3 business days. We ship via Royal Mail:
- UK Standard: £3.50 (3-5 working days)
- UK Express: £6.00 (1-2 working days)
- International: Calculated at checkout
Orders over £50 ship free within the UK.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your ritual oils. Due to the nature of our products:
✓ Accepted: Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
✗ Not Accepted: Opened, used, or damaged items (unless defective).
How to Return

- We'll send you a return address and instructions
- Pack securely and ship via tracked service
- Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll replace it immediately — no return needed.
